We are incredibly proud to share Jeffrey’s employment journey and the positive outcome achieved through the support of our TASSK team.

Jeffrey joined TASSK in November 2025 after spending an extraordinary 14 years caring full-time for his elderly parents. Following this, he spent a further two years trying to re-enter the workforce but faced challenges including not having a current resume and limited confidence navigating online job search platforms.

From the outset, Tina worked closely with Jeffrey to rebuild his confidence and provide practical support. This included developing a professional resume, assisting with job applications, and preparing him for interviews. Jeffrey successfully attended three interviews across different roles, including opportunities with Woolworths, Bunnings (cleaning role), and a driver role with MAJOR Training.

We’re thrilled to share that Jeffrey has now secured employment transporting students from Beenleigh Bus Station to their RTO, MAJOR Training. The employer has also indicated they’re keen to continue engaging with us to support Jeffrey long-term, which is a fantastic outcome for sustainability.

Jeffrey shared with us today how happy he is in his new role and proudly mentioned that securing this job has made his brother proud — which, according to Jeffrey, isn’t an easy feat! Moments like this really highlight the personal impact meaningful employment can have beyond just the job itself.

A big thank you to Tina for her dedication and consistent support throughout Jeffrey’s journey. Outcomes like this truly reflect the heart of what we do.
