Connecting with the Northam Community at the Come and Meet the NDIA Session
TASSK recently had the opportunity to attend the Come and Meet the NDIA session in Northam, alongside the NDIA team and members of the local community.
The event provided a valuable space to connect with people, listen to lived experiences, and gain a deeper understanding of the needs and priorities within the region. It also encouraged meaningful conversations about the supports and services available, while strengthening relationships between community members, service providers, and the NDIA.
At TASSK, we believe that listening to communities is essential to delivering culturally responsive and person-centred support. Opportunities like these help us continue learning, building connections, and working together to create more inclusive outcomes for everyone.
