What TASSK Offers
Access Community
We support participants to engage in social, recreational, educational and cultural activities outside their home. These experiences help build independence, reduce isolation and create meaningful connections within the community.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Our SIL services provide tailored support for participants living in their own homes. Assistance can include daily care, personal care, meal preparation and other individual needs. Our homes are well-furnished, located in desirable areas, and designed to create the feeling of true independence alongside compatible housemates.
Respite
Respite provides short-term accommodation that allows participants to live away from home for a set period of time. This includes personal care, meals, accommodation and engaging activities. We aim to create an exciting and enjoyable experience with themed nights, celebrations and community-building opportunities.
Employment Supports
Through School Leaver Employment Supports and Finding and Keeping a Job, TASSK helps participants build skills, increase capacity and find meaningful employment. Our customised approach ensures each plan is designed around the individual’s goals and experiences, creating real pathways into work.
Incarcerated Supports
TASSK was one of the first NDIS providers in WA to support incarcerated and post-incarcerated participants. We help secure prison release, provide tailored supports during incarceration and create a strong structure for reintegration into society. Our team includes support workers with lived experience, offering empathy and real understanding to help participants successfully move forward.
