Interactive training programs that build understanding of the history, values and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Available in full-day, half-day or introductory sessions, the training promotes culturally safe workplaces and communities, and is always delivered by Aboriginal facilitators with lived experience.
Solid Steps Pre-Employment Program
A four-module course designed to prepare Aboriginal job seekers for work by focusing on resilience, mindset, skills and adaptability. Delivered to over 400 participants across Australia with proven results, Solid Steps can be undertaken in person or through self-paced online delivery.
Speaking Engagements and Advocacy
