As part of TASSK’s commitment to supporting meaningful employment, Erin has been building valuable relationships with industry partners. Following a visit to the Australia Post airport depot, where she met with Facility Manager Rochelle, exciting opportunities have continued to unfold.
What began as an introduction has grown into ongoing collaboration with Australia Post’s Careers and HR team. Erin is now working with Amy to organise a workplace tour and explore potential employment opportunities for one of our SLES participants.
These partnerships are helping to create pathways to employment, opening doors for participants to gain confidence, develop new skills, and take meaningful steps towards their career goals. It’s a wonderful example of how strong community connections can lead to life-changing opportunities.
