𝗕𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝘀

Since the beginning of the year some of our SLES participants have been attending our Employability Skills Workshops with their support workers.

During this time our participant Honey suggested that we collect bottles to raise money for the homeless. From this idea a group microenterprise was developed and Bottle Bees evolved.

The participants and the support workers created a flyer and have been visiting offices with recycling bags that they are collecting once a week and taking to the recycling depot.

The money raised is being used to purchase more resources including a uniform, some will be donated and eventually each participant involved will start to earn a weekly income as the bottle donations grow.
